Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions, including information on the entry webpages at www.iinet.net.au and. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Promotion is open between 12:01am WST on 5 August 2008 and 11:59pm WST on 31 October 2008 ("Promotion Period"). There will be one draw each month being conducted by an independent person from the eligible entries received during each month of the Promotion Period as outlined in the "Competition Calender" below.

The Draw will be a computerised, random prize draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period for the Draw and will be conducted by iiNet Limited at 233 Adelaide Terrace, Perth WA 6000 ("Draw Location") at 10:00 WST on the dates outlined in the Competition Calender.
The first correct eligible entry drawn (Referrer &F Referee) will each receive AU$2,466 (retail value) worth of Apple merchandise. Each prize package includes a:

Winners will be notified within seven days of each monthly draw. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the winner by telephone and in writing at the number attached to their relevant internet account and email address provided in the referral process. Winners will also be published in The Australian newspaper on the dates outlined below:

Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants").
Management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the suppliers of prizes) are ineligible to enter.
To enter and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must, during the entry period: Have satisfied the requirements of being either an eligible "referee" or "referrer".
Referrer must have referred an "Eligible Referee" to an acceptable iiNet broadband service and have an active and current iiNet Limited account at the time of the competition draw.
Eligible referee must provide a correct iiNet Limited email address during the online Broadband Application process. Referrer details will not be accepted after this point.
iiNet Limited controlled entities include iiNet Ltd and any of its retail brands (excluding Westnet).
An Eligible Referee is someone who has successfully applied for any available iiNet residential broadband service connection through the online signup system and who's account is active at the time of the competition draw.
"iiNet Limited accounts" includes all integrated brands under the iiNet Limited registered business name, excluding Westnet.
You can refer as many friends as you like to enter the competition.
Applications received over the phone will be ineligible.
If an Eligible Referee bundles their residential broadband or residential naked service with a voice product they and the person who referred them will receive two entries into the prize draw.
All non-winning entries received during the Promotion Period will be carried over to any subsequent draw.
An Eligible Entrant will be ineligible to win if, by the Draw Date:
iiNet Broadband service terms and conditions will apply. Additional usage charges and early termination charges may apply. ADSL is not available in all areas.
Prize can only be delivered to an address registered with the winner's relevant iiNet Limited account. If there are variations to this delivery address then delivery will be at the cost of the winner.
It is the responsibility of the winner to be available and at the registered address at the agreed time of delivery of the prizes otherwise it is at the cost of the winner to arrange for re-delivery.
The prizes are not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the retail value of the prizes. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with any element of a nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to relevant State and Territory legislation.
Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

By participating in this Promotion participants understand and agree that iiNet Limited may use and disclose the information provided by them on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in iiNet Limited Privacy Statements available at http://www.iinet.net.au/privacy/. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions. For any prize forfeited through ineligibility, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) 3 months after the original draw at the same place as the original draw (see Competition Calendar).
In the event of a prize not being claimed within 3 months of the relevant notice dates, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw(s) 3 months after the original draw at the same place as the original draw (see Competition Calendar).
