Information on how to enter this promotion (the "Competition Draw") and the corresponding prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions, including information on the entry webpage at referafriend.iinet.net.au. Entry into the Competition Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Competition Draw focuses on referring a friend whereby both the referrer and referee will go into the draw to win the prize.
This promotion is open between 12:01am WST on 27 July 2009 until 11:59pm WST on 31 August 2009 ("Promotion Period"). There will be one draw and the winning Eligible Referrer and Eligible Referee will be notified via phone by 30 September 2009.
The Competition Draw will be a computerised, random prize draw taken from all Eligible Entrants received during the Promotion Period as conducted by iiNet.
Entry is only open to residents currently residing in Victoria who are aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants"). Eligible Entrants must satisfy the requirements of being either an Eligible Referrer or an Eligible Referee during the Promotion Period, as outlined below:
The first correct Eligible Referrer and Eligible Referee entry drawn will each win the major Prize. The winning Eligible Referrer and Eligible Referee will each win a trip for two to the Gold Coast. The total value of the Prize (for both the Eligible Referrer and Eligible Referee is AU$4,500 (retail value).

Management and employees (and their immediate families) of iiNet Limited and any agencies, firms or companies associated with the Competition Draw (including the suppliers of any aspect of the Prize) are not eligible to enter.
Applications received over the phone are not eligible.
An Eligible Entrant will not be eligible to win if, by the date of the Competition Draw:
The prizes are not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
iiNet Limited accepts no responsibility for any variation in the retail value of the prizes. If iiNet Limited is unable to provide a winner with any element of a nominated prize, iiNet Limited reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to relevant State and Territory legislation.
Any entrant who, in the opinion of iiNet Limited, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will not be eligible to win the Competition Draw. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating in this Competition Draw participants understand and agree that iiNet Limited may use and disclose the information provided by them on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in iiNet Limited Privacy Statements available at http://www.iinet.net.au/privacy/.
iiNet Limited reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions.
Spending money, meals, items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges), all transfers (including but not limited to travel to and from Melbourne Airport, to and from Coolangatta airport to the hotel) and any other costs and expenses not included in the Prize package above are not included as part of the Prize. Prize travel and accommodation shall be subject to third party terms and conditions. The Prize winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same flights on all sections of travel and stay together at the nominated hotel. If the Prize winners cannot travel in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited. If for any reason a Prize winner does not take an element of the Prize during the stated period, and on the conditions stipulated by iiNet Limited or any third parties, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. Bookings will be made by iiNet Limited. Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice.
